From the terrace as well as from the living/dining area and the two bedrooms you can enjoy a fantastic view over the Rio Salado to the sea and the lighthouse of El Palmar. On very clear days, you can even see the silhouette of Africa. Access to the apartment is at ground level through the underground garage or through the pool area. The apartment has direct access to the pool, which is only shared by the 10 residential units in the small, well-kept complex.
Through the entrance door you enter the hallway, from which the large, fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with WC, washbasin and large walk-in shower open to the left. To the right are the two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and double beds, each with a door to the terrace and sea view. The hallway leads into the spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with 2 patio doors and sea views. From the living area, a modern glazed staircase leads down to a large storage room.
The entire terrace can be flexibly shaded by a large pergola. The apartment is cooled and heated by central air conditioning. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee filter machine, Nespresso machine, toaster etc.. A small basic equipment such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper..., coffee capsules, dishwasher and washing machine tabs for the first day is available to our guests.
Bed linen and towels can be booked for €15 per person or you can bring your own. Equipment for the beach (portable adjustable beach chair, parasol, large beach towel) can be booked for €20 per person. If required, a desk/desk chair can be set up in the living room so that you can work with a sea view. Parking is available in the underground parking lot belonging to the apartment as well as on the street and in a parking lot below the building. Access to the apartment is by key safe, check in from 3 pm, check out until 11 am.
Note: The plastic cladding of the entrance door is warped due to sunlight, but the door is fully functional and equipped with a security lock. A new front door has been ordered.
