We are a family with one son from the city of Herne (Germany). Since we ourselves have always preferred to spend our vacations in beautiful vacation homes, we had the idea a few years ago to buy a vacation home in beautiful Travemünde, equip it according to our requirements and rent it out to vacation guests. In the course of the years we added 4 vacation houses in the Netherlands, Julianadorp.

All houses were individually designed and equipped by us. The rental is done by us personally. Since 2018, our son has taken over part of our vacation home rental and so it has become a family business.
